DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We check all of our kids clothing before despatch, however in the rare occurrence that you should receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide a full refund, credit or an exchange, once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc. returned with the item.
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible .

If you do need to exchange an item, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. It must be unwashed, unworn (apart from a quick try on for size!) and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging ). Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then credit your payment, or provide you with a credit. If the returned item was on sale, refund is provided in the form of a credit the value paid for the item only. Alternatively, you can make an exchange for an item of the same value. Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Any items returned after 14 days (unless faulty) will be subject to either a exchange or credit note only.
Items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of Christmas day, subject to the above conditions.
When exchanging because of a "change of mind" (different colour or style), a $7 NZD re-delivery charge will be applied. If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. where possible please indicate an alternate style, in case we cannot fill your first choice.
We will reimburse your credit card on receipt of the returned item, and then bill you for your new items when they are ready to ship. If your exchange is above the price of the original order, we will need to contact you for your credit card details. For overseas exchanges, delivery cost will be at original shipping charges.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1-3 days of receiving the goods at the store.
Please remember to include with the return a copy of the original invoice or the original order details such as the order number, name, postal address and phone number.
