We are confidant you will love your purchase! However, we know it can be tricky to buy online and while we make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible, sometimes you need to exchange for a different size, colour or style and that's ok!
If you do need to exchange an item, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. It must be unwashed, unworn (apart from a quick try on for size!) and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging ).
If we don't have the requested size/style/colour exchange we will offer you a store credit.
If the returned item was on sale, refund is provided in the form of a credit to the value paid for the item only. Alternatively, you can make an exchange for an item of the same value. Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
When exchanging because of a "change of mind" (different colour or style), a $7 NZD re-delivery charge will be applied.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We check all of our kids clothing before despatch, however in the rare occurrence that you should receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide a full refund, credit or an exchange, once we have received the returned item. Please note products must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase and must be returned in the same condition as received with all labels etc returned with the item.
